This website may work for some. But, unless you are wealthy and exceptionally and conventionally attractive, forget getting matched with functional dates. Or matched at all. This site conducts a kind of fraud. Don't endorse them by signing on and handing over your money.

They set you on auto renewal and suck you dry afterwards the customer service team are overseas idiots that speak no English and can care less if they charge you till you die. I should have followed my gut when I realized that they do not allow you to see options before signing up because there is a reason... terrible options. There were very few people in my area and there are a lot of scammers on this site also. Once I signed up and realized that the options were not good, I asked to cancel and get my money back, but once you sign up you are stuck. I would highly recommend staying away from this service.
Calling customer support is always a tedious task, no matter the company you’re calling. Every customer support will put you on hold until they get an available operator who can pick up your call.
You have the option to write your own response, but if you’re going to write something original anyway, skip the boring canned questions and send her a creative, attention grabbing icebreaker message instead.
They won't let you try a month or 3 but 6 ao I paid theae aholea $160 to look at 35 pages of the ugliest men I've ever seen. Most don't even have pictures. I thought joining a dating app where people pay for it you might find some decent people but not on here. I've been a member months and haven't met even 1 guy I would meet up with. I tell people to try Match because Eharmony is awful, they don't care I'm not meeting anyone and will happily take my $160 for doing nothing and matching me with the ugliest men in the World or dudes that look like pedophiles and live in their Moms basement. I cancelled it, flushed almost $200 down the toilet. Stay away from this site it has NOTHING to offer. And it sure isn't me.
Fake site with bots, trolls and 100% fake profiles. All these pretty girls you see available in you area will be gone when you sign up and pay. I hardly got any meaningful letters on Eharmony, just a couple of non-sense letters from obvious scammers. Of course, I am not entitled to a refund, just like everyone else because it's a dishonest and fraudulent site.
They notified me that they would hold me to 12 month subscription when I had only signed up for 12. I'm not sure what is worse, the customer service or the algorithms this site uses to match.
Intended to purchase first month at 50% discount and thought this would mean I didn't have to continue if unsatisfied. As it turns out, they roped me into paying for the full year. I used the service for THREE WEEKS and asked to be released from the contract. They would not let me out, and now I am stuck paying $220.00 for an entire year. Three bloody weeks! Talk about ridiculous. They should have policies in place that allow customers to cancel if unsatisfied, especially since their sell job is misleading. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DATING SITE!
It's a complete fraud aimed at wiping out bank accounts of naive men who believe in fairy-tales. I had been one of these men until I spotted the ploy and cancelled. Although I had to jump through rings of fire to cancel it ( they make it difficult) I'm glad I did it. I just wish I hadn't wasted so much time and emotions on Eharmony's bots and scammers!
EHarmony will take your money but their customer service is non-existent! I have been trying for 2 weeks now to contact them and they simply do not reply to emails. There is no published phone number where you can call them, but even if there was, I highly doubt anyone would ever answer. Forget about cancelling your account... they will just keep on billing you! This is truly alarming. Scam artists!
