All eHarmony members (both free and paid) will be able to receive daily matches, set up a Personality Profile and can view their matches.
EHarmony’s eH+ service allows you to get help from a professional in your love search. With this service, when you receive the eHarmony’s matches, you are not left on your own to identify and pursue a promising match. Instead, the matches are first sent to a professional matchmaker (usually with a background in psychology) who will size up the matches, filter them, and make recommendations.

However, your communication with matches sent to you will end at sending smiles to them, which at most tells them that you have viewed their profile. Thus, the free plan is basically a way of checking out the quality of the matches of eHarmony. If you are satisfied with the profile of the matches, you’ll then have to upgrade to a paid plan to have any meaningful communication (or more) with these matches.
People really get detailed with this, one of the best answers I saw in this section replying to ‘As a kid, I had the firm conviction that’ was ‘it was pronounced button-up squash.’ That really got to me for some reason—Button-up squash.
Although eHarmony designs the relationship questionnaire to only be taken once, the company recognizes that people’s goals and interests can change over time and based on circumstances. Because of this, eHarmony’s customer service can reset your relationship questionnaire. You can email eHarmony’s Customer Care team from the website or use the “Chat Now” button to use Live Chat. Email is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As of time of publication, you can use Live Chat Monday through Friday between the hours of 5 a.m. and 9 p.m. Pacific time.
EHarmony does also occasionally offer free trials in the form of free communication events, which usually range in length from 3 to 6 days, but you have to wait until they’re offered – and who's got time for that?
The mobile app of eHarmony is free to download and available for Androids and Apple devices. The general designs and implementations of all function into the app are great. The app version of the dating website has the same basic interface and it is very easy to operate. It has all features and functions as the web version which makes it easy to find a match at any time and any place.
EHarmony is very effective as you do not need to spend much time browsing personals looking for potential matches, it basically does that work for you!
During a crisis like the COVID-19 pandemic, people want a warm body to turn to. However, social distancing demands we stay indoors to stop the spread of the disease. Bumble also offers premium features, such as SuperSwipes and Spotlight, which users can purchase through the in-app currency, Bumble Coins. One coin costs $1.99; 30 cost $37.99. From there, you will start receiving daily emails with 5 to 7 matches. It is up to you if you want to check out these members’ profiles, start a conversation or otherwise connect.
After the usual name, email, and location questions—plus an inquiry into where you heard about the company—you begin the profile setup. The usual barrage of questions then appears. First, eharmony asks you how many children you have, followed by your age, and religious affiliation. The site does not let you choose agnostic or atheist, instead forcing you to select Neither Religious nor Spiritual.
However, there are some bumps along the road. You’ll have to be straight to use it (as men can only seek women, while women can only seek men). You’ll find that you have to open the wallet to use the service meaningfully, and you’ll be spending relatively more because eHarmony is relatively expensive. Also, you’ll need to be patient; you cannot search the members’ pool, and eHarmony will only send you a limited number of matches daily. Also, you may not get responses from some of the matches when you reach out. They are either inactive profiles or free account holders that can’t communicate – take your pick.
View Unlimited Photos: When you upgrade you will be able to view all photos included on a profile. Unfortunately with the free version you won’t be able to do so.
