In order to provide continuous service, ELITESINGLES renews all paid memberships 24 hours before the expiration of the term of the paid membership. You acknowledge that you have been made aware of the terms upon which your paid membership will be renewed at the time of your subscribing to paid membership. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your account will be subject to the above-described automatic renewals. If you do not wish your account to renew automatically, you must provide written notice to ELITESINGLES prior to the expiry of the paid membership.

You may refuse the amendment and rescind, or cancel your membership without cost, penalty or cancellation indemnity, by sending us notice to that effect no later than 30 days after the amendment comes into force, in the manner indicated in the notice. Your continued use of the App following such date will constitute your express consent to any amendments to these Terms of Use, or any other aspect of the App or services.
8.2 ELITESINGLES has no control over, does not accept and assumes no responsibility for the content or products or services of Other Sites and does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

7.3 All rights (including goodwill and, where relevant, trade-marks) in the name ELITESINGLES are owned by or licensed to ELITESINGLES. Other product and company names mentioned on the App are the trademarks or registered trademarks of third parties.
If any term or provision of this Agreement is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Agreement or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction.
Individual preferences such as a partner‘s level of education are important determinants of a successful relationship, so naturally your preferences will be closely considered in the process, meaning the profiles you scroll through are condensed into those most in line with your needs. While the personality questionnaire may not be re-taken, you may alter your personal criteria at any time, and may choose to do so to receive more suggestions from us.
6.3 You agree to release and hold harmless ELITESINGLES from any loss, liability, claim, demand, damage or expense asserted you may incur relating in any way to your use of the App, or your interactions with any person using the App, including, without limitation, any and all claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, or any other cause of action.
(b) To avoid billing, paid membership must be terminated in writing 24 hours before the expiry of the term of the paid membership and the renewal date specified in the renewal notice provided to you (where applicable). If you terminate a paid membership less than 24 hours before the expiry of the term of the paid membership, you will be charged for the renewal term, and will continue to have access to a renewed paid membership as set out in the notice of renewal.
(B) Twelve (12) month membership, you must have sent at least 8 self-formulated messages to other ELITESINGLES members;
