As time goes on, the possibility of Huawei phones running on Android gets smaller and smaller, so it's looking more and more likely that Harmony OS or the Huawei Mobile Services could see a debut on a device some time in 2020.
You might be waiting awhile to use Harmony OS, though. It's in use on Honor TV and Huawei TV sets, but those are currently only available in China, and while we've heard the next Huawei Watch GT smartwatch will run on the operating system, a release of that is still some way out.
Huawei claims that with the rise of the IoT device, a more efficient operating system is needed. With these IoT devices packing less memory and storage than even the best smartphones, they need significantly more streamlined code, and for 100 lines of Android code, you could just have one line of Harmony OS code.
Eharmony was founded by Neil Clark Warren, a clinical psychologist, with his son-in-law.[2] Warren and his son-in-law created Neil Clark Warren & Associates, a seminar company, in 1995.[2] The company eventually became the dating website eharmony.[2] During its initial four years, the website was developed by TechEmpower.[3]
In particular, they will learn about the design philosophy of Harmony OS 2.0, get complete information about the application structure for the new system and the tools of DevEco Studio 2.0, and also get the opportunity to chat with the developers of the system and technical experts from Huawei. Then the release of the corresponding firmware will take place. It’s unclear if Harmony OS will get an international version, with some rumors suggesting the P50 will arrive next March with Android 11.
Harmony OS will also feature on watches, speakers and car head units down the line, but isn't limited to these device categories. What’s more, it’s open-source, with Huawei releasing promises for plenty of developer support down the line.
It is nice to see that the company has come this far with the in-house OS. Although it still might be a long time for the stable version of the OS to roll out, at least some progress has been made. Not just for smartphones, it was reported earlier that the company will be releasing a smartwatch with the OS soon.

In the fourth phase, a “partial” list of phones running Kirin 980, 990 4G, and 820 will have the Harmony OS 2.0. The final phase will see some old phones running the Kirin 810 and 710 processors get the Harmony OS 2.0 update.
